To maintain optimal flavor and aroma, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odors. Once opened, ensure the packaging is tightly sealed or transfer the tea to an airtight container.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer caffeine-free options?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of herbal infusions and decaffeinated black and green teas. You can easily filter our products by caffeine content on the shop page.
What is your return policy for food products?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food items. If your order arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your tea bags compostable?
We are committed to sustainability. Most of our standard tea bags are made from plant-based materials and are industrially compostable. We are currently working toward making 100% of our packaging recyclable or compostable.
