Returns & Exchanges
At Twinings, we strive for the perfect brew in every cup, but if your order does not meet our high standards, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea or confectionary items unless they are found to be defective.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer services team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened tea tins or boxes in their original shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches our quality control team safely.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our tea masters verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
